Hero Motocorp Limited - New Bike Hero Destiny 125 Battery issue

Hello, Monica and Rajneesh.
I bought a brand-new Hero Destiny ***cc scooter on October **, ****, from Vasu Auto in Kandivali, East Mumbai, and I had it serviced on December **, ****.
Since I was having starting problems * to * days after my service, I went to the shop to report the problem to the dealership. Once I learned that the battery needed to be replaced due to problems, the service person told me to wait * to * days while it was under warranty.
I want to know if this is a typical problem for new bikes or if there are manufacturing flaws in the bike that are causing it.
In previous purchases, I never encountered such problems. Is this the result of someone servicing my scooter or is this a manufactured defect? If the latter, please get me a new bike, as I have a defective bike from the manufacturer and a dealership.
