- Faulty product and no proper service done Closed
From second of purchase of new car received a problem as some noise from front shocker. Later, same has been replaced with accidental demo car. Then lost two tyres due to useless excuses about the alignment n balancing. In ****, after **k service actual problem arise where vehicle was wobbling and un stable on road. Raised complaint in maruti suzuki and they replace some parts and problem resolved for two months. But still problem is here with vehicle and they are not attending the problem for permanent solution and just doing temporary solution with limited parts replacement.
I am not satisfied with service and repair.
Here is a loss of finance due to problem in vehicle
Harassment with customer under **+ visits for problem solution
Risk of life due to unstable vehicle
Kindly help in above matter
