I bought HP Laptop in May **** and since then facing many issues. The laptop used to get shut down and later shut down permanently. The laptop OS has been updated by the customer service but still the issue persists. Also, now i am not able to use the Microsoft Office Apps. The warranty is also expiring in * months, it should expire in ****. Despite of numerous follow-ups through all means, still not getting any support and feels like cheated. Every time I get in touch with any support from HP, they just handover the number and say it will be resolved by other department. I have opened a case as well on HP support site which is pending for more than *.* month.
