- Faulty Laptop Inwarranty Company not replacing Open

It is very disheartening to mention here that I have been dealing with this malfunctioning laptop since its purchase in October, ****.
The laptop hangs very frequently and the cursor / mouse freezes and the laptop behaves erroneously. I have reported this issue to Lenovo Premium Care, Customer care, Lenovo Service center and to Lady Diana Acharjee through various mails and phone calls.
But it is very surprising to mention here that none of the times they have been able to find the actual problem.
During all this process my laptop was sent to service center * times; once for * days and second time for ** days (from *st November **** to **th November ****) but both times they send it back saying that the problem has been fixed but the problem again resurfaced only after few days. I have shared the videos of the same to customer care, Lady Acharjee and to the service center as well.
