I requested kent Ro service for my kent pearl Ro purifier on kent Ro App .within two days The service person has visited our house and serviced and charged a bill of **** rupees. The RO filter did work for three and half months without any problem. After that it stopped working . I again called the company representative who had serviced the Ro purifier. On his inspection he told me that he has to replace the Ro membrane which he had placed new three and half months back . And demanded me **** rupees . I denied to pay because the area I stay has the water quality of *** tds . And we are few people in hone and only two people drink Ro water In my home .with such a minimal use how can the Ro membrane choked off ? There might be any manufacturers defect in that particular Ro membrane. I complained to company but unfortunately they didn't address my request to replace the part with no cost. Insted they blamed me telling I did not used it properly .I have suffered physical mental and financial pain by this insidance. Hence forth I will not recommend kent products to any one I know.
