- Faulty Item was delivered and then no response from Pepperfry team last 10 days Closed
A dining table was ordered from Pepperfry which was delivered on *rd Feb and was faulty. Complaint was raised on the same day and the case Manager Mona Singh called me. After that no action was taken and the furniture is lying in my office last ** days. I have been following up with their customer support everyday and they say they will get back but nothing happens. This is mental harassment. Looks like the company just wants to make money and not bothered if the product delivered was faulty!!
