Tata Motors Ltd - Faulty Costly SUV car broke down in 15 days

I bought Tata Harrier Top variant on oct **,****. Drove ***kms and I saw a fault symbol on display of screen so I went to Dealer who took a test drive and within ***m of the showroom, it broke down and never started.
The vehicle has no number yet, they couldn’t find n solve issue and hence they talk replacing the engine assembly.
How can I compromise my **L rupees?
Tata denies to replace a new car or even refund.
Any help or guidance?
