Tata Motors Ltd - Bad Service no resolution Issue not solved

I bought Tata Harrier from SRM dealers in Lucknow in Oct ****. Since i bought the car there were issues with it from the starting.
The Back red colored break lights gets switched on by itself automatically when the car is in parking and the battery gets drain out and car gets stuck. This is happening from the few months as i bought this car.
I reported the issue since then. But after few days again the same problem occurs. The lights automatically gets on while in parking.
It is happening from march and this is august now , and the service center takes my car does the stuff gives it back and again same problem exists even till date.
I don't know what the technicians are doing its really a mental harrassment of myself.
I can't bear this anymore.
Its too much
Nearly ** lakh worth car of nothing but just mental trauma.
I have not been able to drive the car since *.*months its just stuck at the garage or home.
On july **th , the gear box failed. The car has driven only **,***km till date and the gear box failed.
Again i took it to the service center for that.
And they gave it to me after ** days its really very annoying and disturbing.
My car is defective.
And i need my car to be changed and i want another one instead of this car.
What is the use of the vehicle if its always in the garage or stuck at home? I bought it because i have to travel long distances for work. But my money my time my efforts everything got wasted due to this pathetic car and pathetic service by Tata Motors. Its really disappointing.
I can't believe this.
