I ordered a battery for my Motorola mobile Moto-Z Play. The delivered battery was faulty and unusable. I am unable to return it as no option on website and no one picking customer care no and not getting any reply on email.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
