Zeposhop com - Unable to return a faulty battery I received from Zeposhop

I ordered a premium original battery for my OnePlus * but when I received it, it was faulty and my phone was not booting even after charging for * hours. I checked their website to file a return but to my surprise there is not return or replace option. Neither is their support contact number working. It says they are busy. Please help me with this.
