I was given the car ford ecosport whose tyre burst midway during driving. Which ultimately caused an accident and thrashed a truck at around
**.** pm in a very deserted Highway near Hubli.
And now they charge me with the damage charges.
*. The car was not inspected by the technician before assigning it to me. If it was, I demand to show me the inspection report
*. The tyres were of low quality and hence it burst. The car was used for ***** km and I doubt if they had ever changed the tyres. If it was changed, I demand the invoice copy of the tyres with dates and car registration nos. on it.
*. Zoom car pushes faulty cars to the customers and risks the life of them and in this way, they get their car repaired with the insurance claim amount.
*. There was no support or help from customer care people after the accident such as towing or towing contact nos. etc. for people who are new to the city. Instead, they asked me to stand all night with the car for its safety or tow it to the nearest police station. And hence it was mental torture for me to spend all night on a deserted Highway which is far from the city.
*. They are illegally raising an invoice for damage charges of amount *****/- although the damage and accident were caused due to their negligence.
