I have ordered a white teddy and also red and white roses with basket. The delivery date were **st December **** fixed. Delivery happened on *st jan ****.
Another issue is they delivered juat simple bouquet with *-* red roses that too turned black. And also a teddy other colour and very bad quality. In Rs *** i got * black turned red Roses and *** rs pathetic teddy.
Moreover to this i paid *** for same day delivery and that i got next day in the evening.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
