Did not received my order on time, I waited whole day, staff made false promises but i did not got order or any confirmation as when would I receive my order.
Next day again I called to enquire about my order, irresponsible staff was clueless and denied my request of refund instead forced me take order again. I agreed, they promised to provide order asap before * pm and after *:** pm delivery person called and said take something in exchange because cake and flowers won't be fresh. Your anniversary is already gone, what would you do with flowers. Called staff again.. But got no assurance of refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
