Myself Mohammed Mohsin Ali (software architect at IBM) is a resident of Isha Vistas Flat no ***, AC Guards, Hyderabad, Telangana, ******) wants to send a legal notice to Mr. Mohammed Akbar Ali (R/o) of Isha Vistas, Flat no ***, AC Guards, Hyderabad, Telangana,******) whose *–*-year-old kid has made scratches on my car.
The incident happened on **rd oct Sunday **** around *:** pm -**:** pm. My car is Renault Kwid AMT RXT model **** in Fiery red colour with Vehicle no TS**ES****.
There is a clear CCTV camera footage and multiple sources including the other kids who were playing, had also confirmed that it was indeed his (Mr. Akbar’s (flat no ***)) son who has made scratches on my car, but Mr. Akbar is not cooperating and making excuses. He is not willing to Compensate me for the charges.
After the thorough inspection of the car by the repair service firm (Automovil) they have detected scratches on multiple parts and panels on the car. They have quoted me the cost of around Rs **,*** for repair. However, the major scratches are on the below three parts
• Right Rear Door – **** RS
• Right Front Door – **** RS
• Bonnet – **** Rs
I had repaired the scratches on the above parts on my self-expenses. It costs me **** Rs. I have shared the bill to Mr. Akbar but still he did not compensate me. Hence, I have left with no choice to send a legal notice to Mr. Akbar for my financial loss and with this notice I want to intimate him that he would have to compensate me with the litigation cost as well if at all any later.

• Photos of my car with scratches
• CCTV camera Footage
• Chat conversation with Mr. Akbar (both one on one and in the society group chat as well)
• The bill which includes the total cost for repair.
• The actual quotation given by the service provider for repair.
