* have order for my friend a cake for rs **** on ** aug **** at **.** a.m.
The amount was deducted from my Gpay account nd order was completed .but after that i no order was delivered and no refund of my amount ..there was no order no .no cobfirmation ..and now they are not responding for any query .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
