State bank issued Fast tag using my vehicle number to commercial vehicle incorrectly without validating KYC due to that i am unable to use my fast tag for my travel i am paying double charges some time in the tool book mentioning my fast tag is black listed because of incorrect issuance of fast tag by State bank without validating the vehicle document. I am using HDFC fast tag with sufficient balance still i am not able to use fast tag because of state bank incorrect issuance. I am working in Bangalore i am unable to use my personal vehicle due to incorrect fast tag issued using my vehicle.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
