Skill lync - False No cancellation policy

I am writing this because I am not getting any resolution of my issue from Skill lync,
* months back on **june, I have enrolled in a course of skill lync "Post graduate program in data analytics and data science",
They asked me to pre book the course, I paid ****rs for that and they said you can start your course whenever you feel like to or after a month, and one day I got a call for documents and all, I provided as required, I was not aware that it will be a third party loan, I thought skill lync is providing an EMI facility, I was not aware or being informed that they will start the EMIs even if I don't start the course, I needed some time to think if I can afford the course or not, but they did not asked if they should remburse the loan and start the EMIs, I started getting calls from Skill lync finance team and eduvanz for EMIs even when I have not started the course and still since the day of enrollment I have not started the course because I cannot afford it, I cannot pay the EMIs, I have been requesting them to cancel my course for two months and getting the same response that there is no cancellation policy which I have not been informed about, there was no such thing mentioned about "No cancellation policy", Somehow I paid the first EMI to save my civil score and I am not asking for refund, I don't want the money I paid, I just want to cancel the course but I am getting the same response and now Eduvanz started to threat me about making a scene to my house, I am out of my city for a job, they will make a scene in front my parents which is disrespectful, I already have anxiety and panic attack issue and this is making me tense, how will I pay the EMIs, this is affecting my mental health, and if they will make a scene to my house, my parents will also get tensed about it, who will be responsible if something happens to me or to my parents if we will not be able to pay the EMIs and if they keep threating us like this, who will be responsible for our mental health, I don't want the money I paid, I still have not started the course, all I just want cancellation, this is my humble request to Skill lync, please don't do this, this is unacceptable. I cannot pay the EMIs, I don't want to start the course, please cancel my course. I am getting frustrated of continuous calls from Skill lync and eduvanz.
