- False loan sanctioned Closed
Neeraj Kumar Srivastava filed this complaint against Home Credit India on Apr 11, 2021
I want to bring one false consumer loan which has got sanctioned on my name.
From the records, I can see that this loan was sanctioned in May **** and EMI was getting paid till August ****. Since then, no EMI was paid and in this month it is reflecting under my CIBIL score.
I had never taken any loan from Home credit and never paid any EMI then how come this loan was sanctioned ?
I guess it's a fraud done from Indian team of home credit.
I request you to resolve this issue ASAP else I will take this concern ligelly. It's because my loan credibility has been decreased in the market.
