Simplilearn - False Information provided for payment and then deny refund

I am an Indian citizen living in Singapore! And wanted to improve my knowledge in a certain technology! I found this course provided by simplylearn!
Initially I was not enrolling for the course since the timings they had were after midnight for where I am located! Soo I asked when would the next morning session be held?
I was told there is a session which has limited seats but starting in june (* months later) but since less seats I need to pay the fees immediately to secure a seat! (Which was apparently not true) and there was no such course they just wanted me to pay the fees!
I paid the fees, created the account and kept following up * month before the start date! Was told itll be reflected in my portal * week before the date I was told!
When I checked * week before I am told there is no such batch and I need to join a midnight batch! To which I request for a refund but was told refund is not possible but they will get back to me on the solution in ** hours now its been * weeks and no one is bothered to reply to emails, when called keep raising tickets.
And now when I see the portal they show I have completed * sessions, which I haven't!
This Is a total fraud and cheating! These kind of institutions should face consequences!
