Happy Easy Go

I booked flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar via Happy Easy Go on *nd April and paid ****/- via Mobikwik. But I didn't get the ticket. I contacted the customer care of Happy easy go. They mentioned there is no payment from your end and I checked the happy easy go dashboard, my ticket was cancelled. So I wrote a mail to Mobikwik and Happy Easy go. I got a reply from Mobikwik, saying the payment done from their end and meanwhile happy easy go mentioned over mail payment failure. So soon after I got to know this, I booked a flight from another website. I called happy easy go customer care, they said there is no payment from my end. I have the record proof. By sudden on *th April I got a mail saying the payment was failed but we received the payment which contradicts mail from Happy easy go. I asked for a full money refund but they denied saying we have given our service which is not ethical. After I called customer care and they lied to me that they have sent a ticket on the same day which I have no ticket on *nd April. I have all the evidence and record proof. Again I called customer care for refund my money they said speak to Indigo for full payment and I spoke to Indigo they said the ticket was sent to Happy easy go.
Please understand here, if the website is not confirming my ticket, how can I plan my travelling. And Happy easy go saying payment failure which is a false message. In this case obviously, I will plan for an alternative solution. Happy easy go didn't confirm my ticket, instead said payment failure. Just imagine the height of false. I have all the evidence of false message.
