Nykaa company has now resorted to cheap tactic for not selling their discounted products. I had ordered products from their website on a discount. After that, they send me several SMS and emails informing about the ongoing discount. I feel that this is their modus operandi where first they will lure you by sending SMS and emails about discounted products and then when you order these products the reason they give for not fulfilling your order is that they are unable to send the goods. Since the consumers are a shopkeeper and one has to buy again with the original price. Sit the question raised here is nowhere on their website they have mentioned that a shopkeeper cannot buy these products or limited quantity per order then how can they block orders?
As for my self, I am not a shopkeeper and there is no prior investigation from them before they decide my profession as a shopkeeper. However, Naykaa.com has become the judge and a jury and above the law of the land and has now started to decide their consumer's profession and deal accordingly. I had called Naykaa customer care and on * occasions and I was assured that within ** hours my products will be dispatched. That did not happen and it took me a while to explain them I am not a shopkeeper as it seems Naykaa.com has taken the role of police, CID and one has to explain their customer care about his/her profession first leave alone the buying and purchase of goods from their website which is just beyond my understanding of fair practice and business.
On **/**/**** I called Naykka.com customer care and Mr Himanshu who represents the customer care told me that my order was dispatched by Wow express on and since I was unavailable to receive the goods dispatched the delivery attempt was failed and when I requested him tracking number he put me on hold to check and in a few minutes he told me that my order was on hold since Naykaa.com thought that I was a shopkeeper I am beginning to feel are they discriminating the profession of shopkeepers who are so vital for our daily needs ? I was very shocked and I reminded Mr Himanshu that he already told me products where shipped and now he was telling me a totally a different thing and to this, he told me that Wow express does not work under Naykaa.com and what was showing might be a technical error. I fail to understand that this particular courier information was updated on Nyakaa.com website and still the customer care says that the courier wow express is not associated with them and also the sheer contrast of customer cares earlier statement of first having said those goods were dispatched and then he said goods were on hold as company feels I was a shopkeeper. This is how Nykaa.com deals with its customers and vehemently lies to them giving also false information and most disturbing thing is that they do business as per person profession they feel they are above law now and have their own set of rules.
Please take action against this company who has set its own rules and had taken the authority to decide how to do business judging on person profession.
