I had recently made a purchase of Mahindra's car XUV*** from dealer[Anufin motors,Nani daman] which further routed the purchase through President motors,Surat. False delivery date of **th october or latest by **st oct **** was commited to us by Mr.Swamy[Chairperson,Anufin motors]. From *th oct **** till date, I am regularly following up with the dealer and firm through mail,tweets,calls but always getting unsatisfactory responses and have still not received the delivery. Under such circumstances, I was left with no option but to lodge a complaint with you and take appropriate action against such fraudulent dealers.
