Hathway Broadband Internet
- False commitments did Open
I am residing in Adambakkam, Chennai. I ordered Hathway net connection on **th Aug **** based on the flyer came to my house.
Sales Lead Marish - ********** came and took the order and committed that
*. playbox will come within * or * days.
*. My Airtel disconnection will be done in * days, so I ordered.
So for I didn't receive any notification for Playbox and Airtel disconnection.
I have registered a complaint with Hathway on **th, **th, **st Aug, *th and * times today (*th Sep). No proper answer other than "you will receive within ** hours". Nothing happening from Hathway side.
I am not using Hathway much on the connection day they asked me to check so I connected to my laptop and mobile for checking. Very minimally used as I have still Airtel connection. I asked a mail proof for the below questions.
*. When can I receive my Playbox? If not received what can I do?
*. Was that sales guy gave me a wrong commitment?
*. I got this information from Hathway customer care that this is wrong commitment. Please confirm with the sales guy and give me the concrete answer.
*. I paid Airtel as well for this month. What is my compensation for loses?
*. I distributed mentally let me know how you are treating.
*. How can I go for legal?
No answers so far. Please let me know what can I do?
