With regards to my account with Hathway bearing no.**********, the company's renewal executive Mr. Sapan called me on **-**-**** and made several false promises in order to get me to renew the internet plan. He directed me to pay a sum of Rs.*,***/- and promised the following services in return. *. A plan with ** Mbps download AS WELL AS upload speed (Verbal explanation of plan features). *. Validity of ** months of the above plan. *. Static IP free of cost. *. An upgrade of modem and router (Verbal Promise) Mr. Sapan’s mobile nos are as under. +**-+**-********** (Personal Mobile No. of Mr. Sapan) +**-********** However, none of the above has been delivered as yet. I have complained several times by calling the company’s customer care and also Mr. Vishal Rajpure (Nodal Officer), but no proper resolution has been provided till date. Also, the company has abruptly closed my telephonic complains bearing no. ********W******, ********W****** and ********W******. I have also approached the Appellate after which the Nodal Officer gave a one liner reply to my grievance. However, I am still not satisfied and would like to take the company to task.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
