Hi,
i have purchased a car from Mercedes , GLE *** ****, brand new car. At time of booking the franchise partner told me that no new design changes and car specification changes will be rolled out by Mercedes India until September ****, however in just three months of purchase, mercedes india rolled out new updates on GLE facelift and change specification of tires. So they changed all of these in **** model the one. I feel this is fraud of false marketing and propaganda to meet sales target was done upon me and i would like to know what is my legal right for this. Thanks a look forward to your email .
