Myntra - False claim for return product

This is to bring your notice that with regards to my order of Women Red & White Striped Crop Top" I have created an exchange request. The delivery executive who came to pick the item on *th May he had come with one exchange item which is Burgundy Ms. Taken the top and dint bring the exchange of Women Red & White Striped Crop Top" with him. Because of the delivery executive fault, I had not received my exchange item and my money is also wasted.
I regret to inform you that if I didn't receive my exchange item or any compensation by tomorrow then I will go legal and will file a complaint in consumer forum. I will also write on all social media platforms and will devalue your company. By fooling the consumers and taking their hard earned money you guys can never become successful in the long run.
The executive Abbas does not know how to resolve the customer concern, no knowledge of handling my queries. Executive Anjali she is the supervisor but the way she has drafted an email sounded abrupt and she did not update the notes against my query on **th May.
Rohit the escalation senior person has a habit of interrupting he didn't bother to provide a resolution. Such a delayed response from the company with false and unjustified resolution. This company will shut down with this kind of response to customers. Their company also deliver a false product.
I will never recommend the company to anyone if I didn't get a justified resolution.
