Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Bringing to your kind Notice that recently i.e Jan **th I had completed service in royal enfield service centre which is in Yelachenahalli (JP Nagar) and i had spent **,***rs for the service..
The problem started from here..
*. They didn't provide me with proper bills for **,***rs and they asked me to visit the centre after a week for collecting Bill and Vehicle Scrap (Which would cost more than ***rs to ****rs) if i had put it for scrap.
*. Vehicle was full of problems and the Service advisor (Nandan) was not at all picking the call and not responding to my problems. Every time he used to ask me for time and it took almost * months for them to attend to my complaint. That too after visiting the centre myself and fighting for all these things.
*. The Branch Manager (Srinivas) was in charge and when I explained to him all the issues and faults which were done by the service centre he accepted the faults and due to faults, I lost Battery cap of my vehicle which costs ****rs plus taxes. and due to the faulty service, i was supposed to meet with an accident in Highway..
*. Mr Nandan, who was a service advisor, told me to collect the bills and scrap once he confirms me, but he failed to confirm anything and all of a sudden, the service centre authority is telling me that they don't have any scraps now..
*. The Bill paid by me was **,***rs and the Bill amount sent to me was **.***rs which was again a fault and I have attached the screenshot for your reference..
*. When I explained all these issues, Mr. Anil (Service Manager) promised me that due to all these faults, he would be getting me the warranty service done with Zero cost and as the scraps were sold without my permission, he said he would compensate for that and help me with it..
*. Today morning when I spoke to Mr. Srinivas, he was completely careless by saying that he cannot give the scraps back, he cannot give the bills, and he cannot give the vehicle until I pay ***rs..
when i have spent **,***rs, i don't have any problem paying *** rs, but what is the point in paying again. It's because of a company service fault, they had not fitted a battery distilled water pipe and due to the leakage, i lost battery cap and i spent **** rs and the scraps which was not given to me has been cheated by this service centre and they are doing a huge scam with it..
Mr. Srinivas too knows that this is a scam and he literally blackmailed and told me very rudely that he cannot give back the vehicle..
My point is,
is this the way Royal Enfield handles the customer by doing this kind of scam, faulty service by looting people's blood and money??
Today I have filed a police complaint against the service centre and Mr Srinivas and today I am filing a Consumer complaint (https://voxya.com/file-consumer-complaint) against this person who is encouraging this scam and cheating customers.
This Dumb Person Mr. Srinivas doesnt accept his faults and cannot help for that..instead he is looting money from customers by coering the mistakes of his service centre due to which i am supposed to spend ****rs again now..
I kindly request you to sort out this problem and now I cannot make even a single penny payment as the mistakes are with the service centre for which Mr Anil Kumar has assured me..
It is the Mistake of Service advisor Nandan and Mr Srinivas who is a branch manager.
