Rapido Bike Taxi - False Allegation

Hello Team, I am working as a Rapido captain for Rapido. On **th Mar'**I took a ride from Sec-* Kamothe, ******. The customer ask me to go somewhere else apart from his dropped location and then while riding he asked me to stop at one location and said wait for a minute I'll be back. Customer purchase the some things and ask me to dropped on same location where I had pickup him. While all of this activities I have understood that customer has already consumed alcohol. Even after this as responsible citizen and as it's my duety to dropped him as on desired location as per his voice I had done the same. (Just to update here customer haven't done any misbehaving things with me.) Order has completed even the app was showing CASH COLLECTED. Yesterday (**th Mar'**) I have found my ride is Marked as "FAKE RIDE" which is horrible for me. There are no investigation made why it has happened. They are accusing me and no help from customer care Team. I have been on call with them for more than ** minutes I have requested to Team Leader Mr. Harsh to handover call to your supervision however he has given me reason by saying he is busy with other call. Then I have again asked him for hand overing call to supervisor so he said he has left the office please call tomorrow morning and after some discussion he disconnected the call from his end.

I am requesting to Rapido Team please do immediate refund.

I have been accused that I did a fake ride which is wrong, that's why I claim Rs.***** for the damage to my reputation and my feelings

Please help me out.
