Chola finance - False agreement and mental harassment

After verification of all documents, checking the cibil and field visit at home they finally made agreement with me to purchase a new Maruti ignis and also after signing all the agreement the send me to the dealer to take the delivery. When I reach the dealer they didn't release the sanction letter mail to the dealer and told me to hold one day. But even on the next day till **:**pm they didn't give any result and at approx *pm they told me only sorry because my file was can't be done. They told me the points which I already discussed with them earlier. Why they gave me such mental harassment ???
