Chola finance - Bike finance with hidden documentation excess charges not explained

I took bike finance in chola for my bike with on road price of ****** rupees and made on line down payment of ****** and remaining ****** as loan in chola finance with intrest of *.*% financed did not disclosed other deduction charges as documentation and made loan of ****** and telling we have added other deductions as documentation charges. Plz help me to complaint for excess and huge hideen charges
