I got a call from fala customer service stating like I am selected in lucky draw asked me to come and collect the prize in their Yelahanka office. After multiple calls from them me and wife decided to go and speak to them about this . When we visited their office they explained so packages and asked to go for a package and took my credit card to check the eligibility and swiped for ****** with out my consent . After that they said you will get a new credit card and the interest amount you will get the refund nothing happened till now . When ever I call for the refund they won’t pick the call even after multiple calls if they pick they will tell by Monday evening you will get the refund but that never happened from past ** months , I am seriously fed up of calling this people everyday , for this ****** still I am paying the EMI amount of **** every month , which is my hard earned money and I am not sure what step should I take to get the money from them . Please help me to get out of this trap . Thank you
