Despite my previous complaints for past *-* orders, my issue keeps happening again and again. The ****** is serviceable area and even comes under amazon fulfillment delivery service. But this time for the order of V-Guard water heater **L, after be*n contacting *-* times per day for past *-* days, my order is being returned to the seller as the warehouse of the pincode ******( final Delivery station) marked that my phone was un reachable. I xan understand the part if its my first case for the pincode. But same thing is happening again and again as the warehouse of the final station is taking advantage of the situation of non traditional transportation method of the pincode. Where this is just as usual as any other for that area. The warehouse team Calles the customer and says That they cannot deliver the product so the customer has to come and pick the product from the warehouse by personally going there. (Which i had to do for my previous orders as they said that the product will be returned to the seller otherwise)., If the customer insist them to come the the address they make a lot a excuses to past the delivery time and end of the day, they mark the delivery attempt as "Customer was unreachable".
In my case, after two days of excuses from the final warehouse and delivery person, they are returning the product once again to the seller. The thing is if they return it to the seller once with the marked reson of not delivering, my refund will be initiated and i have to buy the same product from amazon with higher price.
So i want my product to delivered as soon as possible by any transportation they have to arrange. Even they have to go personally. But i want my product this time and will continue to complain higher authority day by day until I get the product. else A refund for the new price is needed as a compensation for all the mental fluctuations i had to go through these days for the situation.
Its not just about the service/product /money anymore to me. I will settle this time only if i get the product. Even i have to go for lawsuit and all.
(As none of the customer care executives could solve my problem, i had my problem discussed with Amazon escalation team. amd they assured me to solve the issue within ** hours. Next morning my product is being returned to the seller)

To assist you with this, I have contacted the Station in your Locality post which they have schedule the delivery to be done within ** hrs, depending on availability of Delivery Associates and the route. You will receive an update of the same. Rest assure you need not to contact us again for this concern as I'll personally keep a check with the Carrier until the product is delivered to you.
I understand the package is highly important to you and that is the reason you’ve been contacting us since many times. I assure you that we do care for your request and try to deliver at the earliest by overcoming the daily challenges our Carrier have to face. I totally understand that the loss cannot be fill, but I can assure you that for future delivery you will not face such issues as its been highlighted to Higher Authorities.
Also, I have requested for a call on +************ from the delivery associate prior to the delivery so that you can manage your routine. A confirmation Email/SMS will also be send to you once the product is made Out on Road. I can understand how frustrating this situation is for you but please be assured that we are here to assist you and to prevent you from bearing any loss.
