Aman filed complaint against Amazon transportation services on Aug 20, 2017
Since last month whatever item ordered through Amazon and shipped via ATS don't get delivered to my address though the site showed my local pincode available for delivery. All the rest courier services come to my place. But neither ATS can provide delivery nor can they allow me to collect it myself. It's against their rule. Called customer service several times but they can't help. All this process ruined my special day. They can return me my money but not my moment...
