Hi i have made service request for my KENT RO FILTER so the technician Chetan kumar visited me on ** aug but he was providing me * filters( * pc sediment and * carbon) filters of third party Company which was fake and not of kent parts. i asked him to provide me kent company filters but he said i don't have it.
Technician let me talk to his senior Nitin but he also don't gave me suitable answer,he was manipulating his answers.i talked to kent on same day and their senior Mr. Virender Talked to me and he said i will provide resolution but i texted him a lot of times and mailed him many times to kent but no one solved my issue. I got a call from kent ro on *rd sep and virender promised me to provide a answer *th sep *pm but i didn't get any answer he made excuse like he did always.its been more than ** days now...
I want a serious action against them for playing with our health.Our Health can be damaged if i let him installed that fake filters.
Mr. Nitin never called me and explained me that why he sent fake filters and nor anyone else.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
