Fitternity had a policy of giving rewards to people who check-in daily with a QR code in the gym but there was no term that said we have to pay for redeeming the voucher but suddenly when I checked out the voucher they are asking me to pay first then I will get a voucher. I checked in daily for about *** days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
