I purchased * months membership of Gold’s Gym through fitternity and received the code and confirmation. The Gym hasn’t received the payment it’s been more than ** days and now the gym isn’t allowing me to continue as no contact can be made to fitternity about the payment. I raised a complaint on mail to fitternity support email but no response from their end
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
