i have purchased a navy blue salwar dress on **st march **** ( link- https://www.mirraw.com/orders/M*********)
but the item sent me was not matching the description and as per web page picture. i queried about this, but they saying it is due to screen resolution from screen to screen that makes this color disparity, but i'm concentrating on the designs of the original item and it is completely different and looks cheap in the sent item. here the photos are attached. please compare them with the original post in web page:above link.
*. Collar of the received item is a swarn, but original item it's a embroided design(photo no *)
*. Lower border design in received item has a different shape flower, and original item shows elegant flower in between two smaller flower design. Totally different to what received.(photo no *)
*. Upper part of the frock has multiple flowers but they looks faded unlike the elegant flower lines ( photo no*). Similarly it is much crowded than the original item.
now they dont accept despite these evidence that they have sent a fake replica of the original and once i'm inquired about resending the item or a total refund, as i'm entitled because it is not what i have already paid for they simply ignore and offered me a **% off. i said it is your mistake or fraud that the item is fake and to correct it, they had a very poor response. please help me in this matter.
