Mirraw - package not delivered

ordered * sarees on *th September **** and in order confirmation mail the expected delivery date was ** September **** but till date the items have not been dispatched. Whenever I call the customer care line they say that it will be dispatched today and when I ask further questions, they put my call on a recorded survey.
