House Owner - Fake rent agreement

I Abhishek Sain, leaving in a house in malavagoppa on rental basis. I diposit ***** advanced. Now I want to leave this room. But owner said me he will give return advanced after total house paint. As per rule only one month rent amount can be debit. But he debit **% amount of deposit. Also he make fake agreement which have in written that we have to paint full house.
