Myntra provided me with the Nike shoe without the original box and price tags. When asking them for exchange they refused. They told me to return the product and reorder the same. That time I asked them that as all see that the shoe is not at its earlier rate and cost ***+ Rs more if I reorder that one then who's gonna pay that extra amount. They simply said sorry.
So why didn't they check the item when it was at their warehouse? They did the mistake then why should I compromise by their decision but they should compromise.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
