I ordered a pair of curtains. I opened one of the packets after delivery. The product was not at all matching with the one I ordered. Neither in quality nor colour. So I raised a return request. The delivery person said, there isn't a tag on the product. So I asked him to open the other packet. He opened and got no tag in that as well. So, I asked him to take it and resolve it. Myntra even after complaining didn't do any help. They made me wait for almost *** hours and kept asking for another ** hours. They said they will investigate I don't know what. The delivery boy brought back the product and went laughing on me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
