I bought a dress for my wife on Date: **-**-**** **:**:** from this site and I see that the dress I purchased showed in the photo does not match with the delivered piece. Its all fake product. Check out the neck design in the picture and the one they delivered that neck fit anyone's head? Also, it was half hands with a different design in the picture.
So since product supplied to me doesn't fit me I have raised a service request for the return of product but they have been sending emails that their product meets the expectations but which is not the case as per the pictures are shown in the site product supplied differ a lot.
In this pretext, I would like to bring this forward to the consumer department to take severe action against these fraudulent sites supplying fake goods and duping customer. Kindly request you to investigate into this and help in getting the amount refunded.
