Netplus BroadBand - Fake Commitment

One of the worst service of the netplus with no commitment. Also, the worst part no customer care is supportive at all. They usually disconnect the call if the issue is haywire. I'm the old customer of netplus and took the package of *** Rs with commitment of free OTT apps along with it however not getting same for * months. While raising complaints in it, always got fake promises of invalid ticket numbers and call back prises however not got any single call fr anyone. Also it's too pathetic that the non technical staff is working there those never transfer the chat to supervisor even after multiple reminders and disconnects the call.Im switching from this network to another one without paying any single penny to this as multiple times outages took places and none of them compensate on that as well.
