Viral Navin Chheda filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Jun 3, 2020
The Promo Code RECHARGE Failed on both my nos ********** and ********** and I have done all possible actions like reinstalling the app etc as guided by my RM Suraj but nothing worked?
Now there has been financial impact on my both nos ********** and **********. I topped up PayZapp to recharge my nos with Rs. ****/- voucher and avail Rs. ***/- as max cashback. Now this Voucher is no more valid and next available voucher is now Rs. ****/- with lower benefits then in Rs ****/- vouchers. Additionally I had to spend with other top up vouchers till PayZapp gave me a resolution.
Hence the financial impact on me is (****-****+***) = Rs. ***/- on each no ********** and **********. Not considered the lower benefits in new vouchers and additional topups I had to do. I am perusing this matter with my HDFC Bank RM and Support at PayZapp since over a month but with NO resolutions at all!!
Support doesn’t respond or adhere to any timelines so is the behaviour at Escalation desk. There are numerous case ID like ************* and ************* but all in vain?
I escalated the matter to escalation@payzapp.in on Wed, ** Jan **** **:**:** and they replied back from Grievance.Redressal@hdfcbank.com> replied on Tue, ** Jan **** **:**:** stating The reference number for this interaction is HBL- ***-***-*** We are looking into the matter and will revert you on or before January *, **** . We thank you for your patience and cooperation in the interim. Escalation Desk and appellate Authority both failed miserably to resolve the issue?
This amounts to cheating and unethical practices.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
