Paytm postpaid - Failed transaction

I had tried to recharge my airtel number ********** from airtel thanks app on **th,feb **** in which the payment option i selected is my from my paytm postpaid account. I tried to process the transaction by linking my paytm postpaid account in airtel thanks app but it showed failed. Instead of this the money got deducted from my paytm postpaid account of amount Rs.*** and recharge has not been done. From then i am checking the transactions in airtel thanks app for the same transaction it,s showing in processing stage from last * days and the paytm postpaid bill was generated for the same amount. I am not getting where my money has gone.
