Sonam Patra filed complaint against Paytm Postpaid on Apr 1, 2024
I received an ivr call from paytm postpaid asking to confirm my identity as someone was trying to hack my account. On doing so, amount of ***** deducted from laytm postpaid. I immediately called paytm **** helpline and no response from them, until around * days. Filed a complaint jn cybercrime.gov.in and then went to the police station. Police didn't file FIR. I filed online FIR and they closed the complaint. Now paytm has been torturing me to pay the outstanding amount which I didn't use. And my cibil got affected badly.
