Dishank Agrawal filed complaint against Cred App on Sep 27, 2022
I made a policy renewal payment of *****/- for my Reliance Nippon Life Insurance policy via CRED app on Aug *nd. But, the payment failed and was reverted back by the policy team on Aug *th. However, I didn't receive the money back in my bank account even now on Sept **th.
Now, I have to pay the premium + late interest fee as the policy is past it's due date, but CRED is still not responding back with anything.
I have followed up them multiple times via email since Aug *th, but they haven't provided a satisfactory response till now. Every day, the late fee payment is increasing, and I don't have the money to pay the premium.
Hoping that providing details of such lousy customer service here will lead to some resolution as I am all out of ideas now.
