I am having a *g internet connection and the network was slow. I raised a complaint week back and airtel team just tell they will resolve it but it didn't happen. They just called and says our network team is checking and yesterday they said to change to a new sim for Rs ** but they won't respond to my actual query. I have all the mail and their response too. I am attaching a video where it can be seen that in a *g connection the speed is *.** and *.**. I been sending emails almost daily to airtel team and their nodal officials too but still not yet enough response or closure for the mail. The mail is dragging for more than a week now. Please help.
