- Extremely Dissatisfied and Angry at the Damaged Bag and the Inadequate Compensation Offered Open

Disappointment and anger over the treatment of my luggage during my recent travel on flight PNR YMRI*V. During the flight, I had checked in a branded bag from Walt Disney that I had purchased for a whopping amount of Rs. **,***. The bag held a special place in my kids heart, and they were extremely attached to it. However, upon receiving the bag at the baggage claim area, to our utter dismay, we found that the bag was severely damaged. The bag was new, and it was still covered with a plastic film that had not been removed entirely.
My wife and I were traveling with our two kids, and the branded bag from Walt Disney held significant emotional value to us. The bag was not just an accessory, but it was a souvenir that we had bought to commemorate our trip. The damage to the bag has caused immense distress and sadness to our family, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention given to our luggage.
To add insult to injury, the compensation offered for the damaged bag was a mere sum of Rs. ****. Given the emotional attachment and significance of the bag to our family, the compensation offered is unacceptable. We expect to be compensated for the full value of the damaged bag.
The entire experience has left us feeling let down by the airline's policies and practices, and we demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. We expect a prompt response to this email and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
