I was mentally harassed by Mr.santosh K biswal (Manager) Mahindra showroom (Panikoli, Odisha)
My vehicle xuv *** met accident on *th Oct **, till one month there was no update from dealer. I was the one to contact santosh k biswal on regular basis to get update on vehicle but he repeatedly said parts are not available. Hence I dropped email to Mahindra customer care to get the work done and asked them to atleast update me on the status of vehicle. Later on I received call from Mr. Santosh k biswal that our AGM wants to speak to me he assured me to deliver vehicle on **th Nov**, but I said please do take more *days and get the work done properly and deliver on **st Nov **. But on **st Nov there was no update. I called Mr. Santosh and he was like it will take more time he asked me to come next day but I insisted to come on same day I.e **st Nov. But when I reached the showroom and look at the car the work done was really pathetic, **% car was painted from front end which looks all local work done by unprofessional painter Mr. Santosh k biswal (incharge) said don't worry ot happens some time please do not worry will get the issue fixed and get the dent and paint properly. And asked Me to use the car for some time and he will fix the issue later on as he is busy now a days. Later on while final documentation process he handed me the bill amounting Rs.*,**,*** which was generated by Aditya Mahindra (Panikoli, odisha) and asked me to pay Rs. **** more or else he will not release my vehicle. I asked him to show the bill for same but he was unable to display the bill later he said surveyor will share the bill of Rs.****. I asked him for breakdown and he gave me hand written bill for it. I asked him what is the amount Rs.**** charged for he said it include processing fee ,alignment, washing, mudflap and salvage charge. My Question is my will surveyor give processing fee bill ,car washing bill , alignment bill etc.its the duty and responsibility of Dealer.
Till now Mr. Santosh k biswal is ignoring and saying again and again to wait for bill and break down. I AM repeatedly following up over call whatsapp but he says always to wait . I have been getting mentally ill with his behavior and the charges he was taken from me which is not valid.
